The stuffed meat loaf consist of hard boiled eggs wrapped in savory meat loaf. Great  main course for dinner. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Serves 5.

So lets get started!

Utensils and oven setting:

  • 1 baking pan
  • 1 Mixing bowl



  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 pounds of fresh ground beef
  • 2½ cups milked soaked bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 medium onion - diced
  • ¾ cup of chopped finely celery
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • Spices: ½ teaspoon black pepper and ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  • 1 cup of sliced onion

Place in a large mixing bowl the ground meat, onions, celery, bread, beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Picture #1

Place in a baking pan. Pat the meat mixture out flat. Place the hard boiled eggs in middle of the patted meat arraigning them in a  line. Roll the meat over the eggs. Picture # 2

Now add the rest of the ingredients ( stewed tomatoes chopped onion, butter and water on top and around the meat roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours - 2 depending on the oven. Bast the rolled meat loaf several times. Makes approximately 5 servings. Picture # 3
