Food to Die For

The Fettuccini noodles  with vegetables and meat is a fast and easy meal. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare and serve.

So let's get started!

Utensils and oven setting

  • Large Pot to cook Fettuccini noodles
  • Medium skillet
  • Oven temperature 325 degrees



  • 1 box of your favorite instant Fettuccini noodles mix
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ lb meat of ground beef
  • Spices: garlic, pepper and salt
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese (Topping)

Follow the directions to prepare the Fettuccini noodles as directed on the box, cooking the noodles until they are medium tender ( do not over cook). When they are done, put the pot aside. You are now ready for the next step. Picture #1

Add to the skillet ½ lb of ground hamburger. Cook the meat until done: add spices to meat. Spice to taste ( pepper, salt, garlic salt ). Drain the oil off and add the meat mixture to the Fettuccini noodles that you set aside. Picture #2

Now add the frozen vegetables to the Fettuccini noodles. Place back on the stove and heat on medium setting until steaming hot. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Picture #3

Serve with buttered French bread and a glass of red wine. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top. Picture #4
